Return and Exchange Policies
- We do not offer any refunds for the products. The user must be responsible of their purchase.
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
- Returns and exchanges (subject to availability) will be given up to 7 days from when the product was received and in perfect selling condition and unworn. Tags must be included and unbroken. Please contact urbanhymns.jeans@gmail.com if you wish to return or exchange a product.
- For the case of any size issues, if returned in under 7 days will be checked and processed. If there is a size issue, the size that fits you perfect of the same price will be sent back to you. Shipping charges will be borne by the customer if you wish to return the product in exchange of a different size. A charge of rupees 100 will be levied.
- We do not offer any exchanges in between two products. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalizing your purchases.
- If you receive a faulty item, please let us know via email within 7 days of receipt as we cannot assist you after that time frame. The item returned will be inspected thoroughly before a return / exchange is processed. Items found worn/used/unsellable will be rejected and returned back to you. If the product is in fact faulty, a new fresh product that you ordered will be delivered to you at no extra cost.
